Topping to coat the Silver Beet Chips - a mix of Tamari, Tahini, Water, nutritional yeast, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds You can add salt like Himalayan if you like but taste it first as the Tamari and Nutritional yeast gives it enough salty taste. Coating the Beet with the dressing before dehydrating Spreading out the Beet in the Dehydrator Trays - I am using a circular one here but a square larger one would work best if you do a lot of dehydrating ( and love Kale/Silver Beet chips!) Get Dehydrators Finished chips ready and waiting to be demolished in double quick time
